To access reporting via OPTAVIA CONNECT, hover your mouse over Engage in the navigation bar and then select Team Rank Report.
The Team Rank report displays Coaches within an organization that are performing at:
- Above Highest Achieved Rank (report default)
- At Highest Achieved Rank
- Below Highest Achieved Rank.
Within the Teams widget on the Engage dashboard, you will see each of these report types listed.(Above Highest Achieved Rank, At Highest Achieved Rank, or Below Highest Achieved Rank) along with a high level overview of how many Coaches are performing at each of those levels. If you select the data associated with these reports, you will be directed to Team Rank report with the respective preset filters.
