CONNECT: Client Support Dashboard

The dashboard provides you with a snapshot of your projected Frontline Qualifying Volume month-to-date as well as a snapshot of Frontline Qualifying Volume from last month. Click on numbers within the report to see detailed reporting.

The dashboard also provides you with a snapshot comparison of your current order metrics month-to-date versus last month, as well as a comparison of your organizations order metrics month-to-date versus last month. Click View Details to see additional details.

Projected Frontline Qualifying Volume will display the following details:

  • Projected FQV: All of your current Frontline orders month-to-date and the number of remaining OPTAVIA Premier orders scheduled to process in the current month. This is a real-time report and will update as orders are processed or changes are made to projected OPTAVIA Premier templates.

  • Month-to-Date Orders: The number of OPTAVIA Premier and On-demand orders processed so far this month.

  • Average Order: The number of OPTAVIA Premier and On-Demand orders that typically process monthly.

Last Month Frontline Qualifying Volume will display the following:

  • Last Month FQV: The total FQV from OPTAVIA Premier and On-demand orders processed last month.

  • Last Month Orders: The total number of OPTAVIA Premier and On-demand orders processed last month.

  • Last Month Average Order: The total average number of OPTAVIA Premier and On-demand orders processed last month.
