What message can I send my Client about returns?

Here’s a message you can send your Client if they have a question about returns or exchanges.

  1. “If you have any items that you would like to return, it is a simple process. Here’s how:”
  2. “Call 1.888.OPTAVIA (1.888.678.2842) to initiate the return and receive a Return Authorization Number. (Save this number in your phone.)”
  3. “Returns must be within 30 days of receiving the item.”

“If you aren’t satisfied with any Fueling, please call 1.888.OPTAVIA (1.888.678.2842) and our Client Support Team will help you find and order ones that work for you.”
