Welcome to Day 4! You are doing this! You should be entering that gentle fat burning state. You will know you are there when you start feeling more energy and less hunger. If you do happen to feel hungry, try drinking 1-2 glasses of water and then wait 15 minutes. Most of the time the hunger goes away! Staying on your Plan has so many extraordinary benefits, like:
