Once your new Client has placed their first order, it’s time to welcome them to our community! To help them prepare for and stay on their journey, you may want to send them the following resources:
- To welcome them and set expectations — immediately after the first order is placed.
- To help them prepare for starting their Plan — prior to the Journey Kick off call you have scheduled with them the day before they start.
- Daily messages for new Clients — to provide just enough information and support each day for the first few days of their journey, plus a few extra topics that may come up from time to time.
To provide encouragement, support, and helpful tips and information to support them along their journey.
Your Business Coach or mentorship team may have some additional ideas, so it’s a good idea to check with them as well.
