What do I talk about on the Day 2 support call with my new Client?


Your Day 2 support is important to your new Client.  Here are some guidelines of topics to cover:

  • Congratulate them on Day 2.
  • Ask them to take you through Day 2: Fuelings, times, and lean and green meal. Advise accordingly.
  • Ask how they are feeling.
  • Ask if they have any questions.
  • Confirm time to call them on Day 3.
