When will the new OPTAVIA checkout experience take place?

Deployment of the new checkout process on OPTAVIA.com will begin on Thursday, March 17, 2022, from 11:30 PM ET to March 18, 2022, at 3:00 AM ET.

Please note that during the site outage a maintenance page will alert the OPTAVIA Community. 


What changes are being made to the checkout experience?

Here is what to expect: changes to how the Habits of Health Transformational System is added to an OPTAVIA Kit order and an updated enrollment process for OPTAVIA Premier memberships.

  1. When shopping on OPTAVIA.com, an OPTAVIA Client will add the OPTAVIA Kit to their cart that best suits their needs.
  2. After beginning the checkout process, the Client can choose if they wish to add the Habits of Health Transformational System to their order in the “Recommended Products” section.
  3. If the Client wishes to enroll in OPTAVIA Premier for additional savings and Rewards, they will check the box to agree to the OPTAVIA Premier Official Terms & Conditions; and
  4. The “Order Summary” section will reflect applicable discounts and free shipping before the Client purchases their order.

When I placed my order, I didn’t receive a discount? Why?

With the new checkout process, an OPTAVIA Client must enroll as an OPTAVIA Premier member to receive discounted prices or Rewards. If your Client has already placed an order and would like to enroll in OPTAVIA Premier so that their order qualifies for discounted pricing and Rewards, they can contact OPTAVIA Client Support at 888.OPTAVIA (1.888.678.2842).


Is there a fee to join OPTAVIA Premier?

No, OPTAVIA Premier is a free, monthly auto-ship program. There is no cost to enroll.


When I become a Premier member how will I be charged monthly?

After enrolling in OPTAVIA Premier, you will be charged the same amount (less any applicable Rewards) for your monthly orders, which will be billed to your default payment method, unless you cancel your Premier membership.

Will Candidates and Clients be notified once they enroll in OPTAVIA Premier?

Yes, an automated email will also be sent to anyone in the Community that enrolls in OPTAVIA Premier to provide details of the benefits.


How do I cancel my Premier membership?
