Will Hong Kong and Singapore products also be impacted?
Yes, pricing adjustments will also impact most OPTAVIA products in Hong Kong and Singapore.
When will independent OPTAVIA Coaches and Clients in Hong Kong and Singapore be notified of pricing adjustments?
Communication with OPTAVIA’s Coach Communities in Hong Kong and Singapore will mirror the announcement timing of the U.S. market.

With this pricing increase, why is there an adjustment to my CV and not QV?
In OPTAVIA CONNECT reporting, you will notice that your CV for recent and upcoming orders on or after December 8, 2021, will increase based on these minimal pricing adjustments. QV will remain the same as we decoupled the QV to protect the duplication model from inflation.
If an independent OPTAVIA Coach quotes an OPTAVIA Client the old price of an OPTAVIA product or OPTAVIA Kit prior to the price adjustment, will we honor the old price?
No, the price of OPTAVIA products is driven by the price in the system at the time an order is placed.
Why is the price of my Client’s order from December 8, 2021, higher than their last order?
Effective Wednesday, December 8, 2021, the prices of most OPTAVIA products will be slightly adjusted. Due to increased cost of raw ingredients and other materials used to manufacture our products, OPTAVIA is taking similar measures by adjusting the price of most OPTAVIA products.
If an OPTAVIA Client returns an order placed before Wednesday, December 8, 2021, will they be refunded for the old or adjusted price?
All refunds will reflect the amount paid for the order. For example, if the order is purchased prior to December 8, 2021, the refund will reflect old pricing. If the order is purchased on or after December 8, 2021, the refund will reflect the adjusted pricing.
Will there be an outage on OPTAVIA.com while product and kit pricing are being adjusted?
Yes, there is a planned outage on OPTAVIA.com on December 8, 2021, at 12:00 AM ET to 2:45 AM ET while product and kits prices are adjusted. A maintenance page will be displayed in all markets during the outage.
What if a Client has an order in their template 2 days prior to the effective date of the pricing increases? Will they be charged for the new or old pricing?
Unless the Client modifies their template, they will see the old pricing; however, upon checkout, new prices will be reflected for any impacted products.
Will Premier templates be adjusted on December 8, 2021?
No, it may take several days for the new pricing to appear in Premier templates; however, while Clients may see old pricing, the new pricing will be reflected for any impacted products upon checkout.
Will OPTAVIA CONNECT reporting be completely updated on December 8, 2021?
No, some CONNECT reports, like Projected Premier, may take several days to fully update.
