No worries! All OPTAVIA Clients that are not on the 30-day tip campaign will automatically start their journey on day 1 AFTER they opt in by texting the keyword OPTAVIA to 462-57.
Will the Shortcode 990-00 expire?
Yes, the shortcode (990-00) expires on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. At that time, OPTAVIA Clients will need to opt in to the new campaign by texting the keyword OPTAVIA to 462-57. Those OPTAVIA Clients currently on their 30-day journey will receive the next tip in their journey AFTER opting in to the new SMS campaign.
