Does the OPTAVIA App also include the Habits of Health App?
No, not at this time; however, users can get to the Habits of Health App when navigating the OPTAVIA App.
What if the user is a Premier Member? Will they see upcoming Premier Orders?
Yes, if you have an upcoming Premier order, you will see it on the App. If you want to change or edit your order, you will be redirected to OPTAVIA.com. If the user is not a Premier Member and has no upcoming Premier orders, this specific navigation will not be visible.
If I change my Premier Order with the OPTAVIA App, will it then reflect the change?
Yes, the App will reflect these changes once you log in and/or refresh.
Having Trouble Accessing the OPTAVIA App?
Troubleshoot by following these steps.
I'm receiving these messages when logging in. What should I do?
- "Your email or password is incorrect. Please try again"
- This means that you have entered the wrong credentials. Please use the same email address and password that you would use to log in to your OPTAVIA.com account.
2. "We apologize, but you currently are unable to log in to the OPTAVIA App. Please check back for your access coming soon!"
This means that your account may not be synced properly with your credentials. If this is the case, please reach out to OPTAVIA Coach Support at 1.888.OPTAVIA and access will be granted once credentials are confirmed.
