What is the Coach Accelerator Bonus?
OPTAVIA’s Coach Accelerator Bonus offers new Coaches the chance to jump start their business by welcoming New Clients to the OPTAVIA Community.
How do I earn the Coach Accelerator Bonus?
New Coaches can qualify for the Coach Accelerator Bonus by meeting the following criteria during the first three (3) months of their coaching journey.

‡A “Qualified Client” is a New Client with 345+ PQV during a Monthly Bonus Period. The PQV can be composed of multiple orders, so long as these orders are placed during a Monthly Bonus Period.
Can New Clients from other markets (Hong Kong or Singapore) count toward Coach Accelerator Bonus qualification?
Yes, OPTAVIA offers a global coaching business opportunity and New Clients in all markets (the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore), which will be counted when qualifying for the Coach Accelerator Bonus.
How many times can a new Coach earn a Coach Accelerator Bonus?
Independent OPTAVIA Coaches can earn a maximum of three (3) Coach Accelerator Bonuses, in the calendar month they purchase their OPTAVIA Business Kit and in the following two calendar months.

What is the definition of a “new Coach”?
A “new Coach” is defined as someone that has never previously purchased an OPTAVIA Business Kit.
How do you define a “Qualified Client”?
A “Qualified Client” is a New Client with 345+ PQV in their first month of becoming a Client during the monthly bonus period. The PQV can be composed of multiple orders, so long as these orders are placed during a monthly bonus period.
What if a new Coach joins OPTAVIA in November or December 2022, can they earn Coach Accelerator Bonuses under this Coach Accelerator Bonus?
Yes, new Coaches that purchase a Business Kit in December will have three (3) calendar months to earn the Coach Accelerator Bonuses from December 2022 to February 2023. Similarly, new Coaches that purchase a Business Kit in November will also have three (3) calendar months to earn the Coach Accelerator Bonuses from November 2022 to January 2023.
If their Business Coach supports them in welcoming three (3) or more New Clients to OPTAVIA during their first three (3) calendar months, they will receive the Accelerator Assist Bonus, a matching bonus, the first time their New Coach earns a Coach Accelerator Bonus. Business Coach can only earn a one-time Accelerator Assist Bonus the first time their new Coach qualifies for the Coach Accelerator Bonus.
How can I track the performance of my OPTAVIA Coach teams?
OPTAVIA CONNECT reporting will remain available, including two Coach Accelerator Bonus reports located under “Engage,” “Your Teams,” “CAB Report”:
- Coach Accelerator Bonus Eligibility: Identifies OPTAVIA Coaches in your organization who are eligible to earn with OPTAVIA’s Coach Accelerator Bonus.
- Coach Accelerator Bonus Earnings: Provides insight into those on your Coach teams that are performing well during the Qualification Period. Please note that this report will not populate with updated data until the previous month is finalized.
How can I track the performance of my individual performance?
OPTAVIA CONNECT web and the CONNECT App will also track both Accelerator Bonuses on your commission statements, located in “Your Performance,” located in Performance Breakdown, Your Performance Chart, and Your Performance Report.
Will Coach Accelerator Bonuses be available to independent OPTAVIA Coaches in Hong Kong and Singapore?
No, Coaches in Hong Kong and Singapore adhere to the International Compensation Plan, not the Integrated Compensation Plan.

What is the Accelerator Assist Bonus?
OPTAVIA’s Accelerator Assist Bonus rewards Business Coaches for supporting their new Coaches in jump starting their business by welcoming New Clients to the OPTAVIA Community.
Who can benefit from an Accelerator Assist Bonus?
Business Coaches who sponsor new Coaches and support their new Coaches to qualify for the Coach Accelerator Bonus can earn a matching bonus of the amount like the first Coach Accelerator Bonus earned by their new Coaches.
How can I earn the Accelerator Assist Bonus?
Business Coaches can earn the Accelerator Assist Bonus when they support their new Coaches to qualify for the Coach Accelerator Bonus. Business Coaches can earn a matching bonus of the amount like the first Coach Accelerator Bonus earned by their new Coaches. Business Coaches can only earn one time Accelerator Assist Bonus on a new Coach but can earn multiple Accelerator Assist Bonuses by helping multiple new Coaches to qualify their Coach Accelerator Bonus.
Can a Business Coach earn multiple Accelerator Assist Bonuses?
Yes, Business Coaches can earn multiple Accelerator Assist Bonuses by assisting multiple personally sponsored new Coaches to qualify their Coach Accelerator Bonus.
How can I learn more about the Coach Accelerator and Accelerator Assist Bonuses?

If I earn a Coach Accelerator Bonus or Accelerator Assist Bonus, when will I receive my first payment?
Both Accelerator Bonuses will be paid in monthly commission checks. For example, if a new Coach purchases a Business Kit in January and qualifies for the Coach Accelerator Bonus in their first month as an OPTAVIA Coach, they will receive their Coach Accelerator Bonus payment in February, along with other January monthly bonuses. Their Business Coach will also receive the Accelerator Assist Bonus payment in February together with other January monthly bonuses.
