Track your Clients order to stay updated on when their order will arrive. To track a Client order, hover your mouse over the Client Support tab in the CONNECT navigation bar. Next select Clients Report.
Click the Client ID number listed in the OPTAVIA ID column and then select the green View Full Profile button.
Next select the Orders tab. Click the order number to view order details.
Click the green plus sign located on the left side of the order number to display tracking information.
Tracking number can then be copied and pasted to a search browser (i.e. Google, Bing, etc.) and the associated carrier will be listed in the search results.Package can then be tracked from the carrier site.
