There are many ways to search within OPTAVIA CONNECT. One way you can search is within a given report. To find a specific coach within a report, follow the instructions below.
The same steps work for all reporting.
Here is an example using the Engage: Your Team Report
- Scroll to the bottom of the report and select the green button
- Click on the drop-down arrow in the column header First Name and hover your mouse over Filter
- Filtering options will be displayed, choose the following criteria.
- (Show items with a value that is) select Equal to and then enter the first name of the desired Coach.
- Select And from the drop-down, then select Equal to and enter the first name of the desired Coach again.
- Select Filter button to view results.
Results will display desired Coach. Click on the ID number to view profile and business details.
