Self-Service (Pay card issues only)
Log in to your OPTAVIA Pay Portal and the self-service features are available under My Cards> Action ( or Transfer > Action), and they include the option to:
- Lock Card - If a card is lost or stolen, you can temporarily prevent new transactions from occurring and keep your accounts safe.
- Replace Lost Card – If a card is lost or stolen, you can request a replacement card and see applicable fees and delivery timeframes.
- Replace Damaged Card - If a card is damaged, you can request a replacement card and see applicable fees and delivery timeframes.
Log in to your OPTAVIA Pay Portal and use the form provided to send us your question. If you have issues logging in, please contact us by phone.
