The Expiring Rewards Report provides a list of Clients and Coaches within your organization that have Premier Rewards that are close to expiring. This is a great opportunity to follow up with Clients listed in this report and encourage them to place a OPTAVIA Premier order.
To run report, hover your mouse over the Client Support tab in the CONNECT navigation bar. Next select Expiring Rewards from the drop down menu. *Click on the ID number of a Client to view profile.
