The Expiring Rewards Report provides a list of Clients and Coaches within your organization that have Premier Rewards that are close to expiring. This is a great opportunity to follow up with Clients listed in this report and encourage them to place an OPTAVIA Premier order.
To run report, hover your mouse over the Client Support tab in the CONNECT navigation bar. Next select Expiring Rewards from the drop down menu. *Click on the ID number of a Client to view profile.
